Oak Grove-Message to Parents

Welcome, or welcome back, to Oak Grove School!  This is Travis Hambleton, the Oak Grove Principal.  Please take a few minutes to review the "Welcome Letter" which is available on our school website and was sent to your email and/or phone via text message.  All registered families will receive an individual email from me this Thursday, August 6, with information about your student’s assigned teacher.

1. Thank you, Oak Grove PTA!  Many thanks to our Oak Grove PTA for their support this school year.  Check out the attached flier – “Oak Grove PTA – Numbers” to see their impact on our students.  Be sure to join this fall!
2. Grade 8 Promotion photos – Photos from our Grade 8 Promotion Ceremony from June 5 are now available on our Google Drive: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1lc3VBaz4D9BTow-In0RvOuyGS3gwHoPl?usp=sharing
3. Future TK – Parents of students who will be enrolled this August in TK at Oak Grove are invited to sign up for our summer TK Academy – see attached flier for details (with an updated QR code for registration.)
4. Summer office hours – Our Oak Grove school office is open Monday – Thursday through June 22.  When summer school is in session, the office may also be open at other times.  We will re-open the Oak Grove office on August 3.  You are welcome to email Mr. Hambleton with questions if the office is closed – thambleton@vusd.org.
